Schedule Sunday worship begins at 10:30 am each Sunday. Special worship services are held during the Advent and Lenten seasons of the church year.
Music At Zion: Music is a common component of the worship life of the congregation. The Lutheran Service Book provides the structure. Zion is acquainted with, and regularly uses settings 2,3,4. Most hymns in the book are known and used.
The adult choir is a small but dedicated group numbering from 12 to 15 singers depending on the year. Their season runs from September through May and they sing for worship at least once a month, sometimes two, and for all major festival days. Most of their musical offerings are arranged for 3 voice levels, as well as 2.
Traditional worship is supported with a Rodgers Model 940 organ that was installed in 1994 by a gift of two major donors.
Contemporary worship and song take place on the second Sunday of the month and are led by a guitarist, keyboard and singers.
Recently a three octave set of handbells have be procured. The adult bell ringers are active during Festival Day events.
Occasionally, our small Sunday School group sings for worship as well as play hand chimes.
Hearing Assistance If you have difficulty hearing, Zion has wireless headsets available for your use.
Coffee Hour All are invited to enjoy coffee and other refreshments in the coffee hour which follows the worship service.
Holy Communion is served every Sunday during the Lent and Easter seasons, and on first and third Sundays during the rest of the year.

Flowers are welcome in observance of special occasions or as a means of giving thanks. If you would like to sign-up to provide altar flowers, a Flower Chart is available in the narthex.
